About this event

In 2022 leading global organizations has become more complex than ever before. Longer term economic, demographic, technological, and climate trends together with immediate threats from the COVID pandemic and conflicts in Europe and elsewhere present both enormous challenges and opportunities for businesses.

Thriving in the fast-evolving environment of the 2020s and beyond requires leaders to master both old and new mindsets and skills. This session seeks to both identify these new mindsets and skills and to discuss how to assess and develop these characteristics in yourself and current and potential leaders around you.

Questions we will address:

  • What is a “Global” Leader in 2022?
  • How global are you?
  • How do you select, evaluate, and develop leaders for global roles?
  • Recommendations for improving the global mindset of your leadership team.

Participants will discuss:

  • The 3 mindsets needed by global leaders in the 2020s.
  • How to benchmark where they (and others) are on a 5-stage development continuum.
  • How to better evaluate the capabilities of candidates for global roles.
  • How to develop global leadership capabilities for themselves, teams, and organizations.
