Questions we will address:
In a recent study, when asked, “What are the top issues you face at work?” leaders said that 76% are on the people/relational (EQ) side, and only 24% on the finance/technical (IQ) side.
In another study primarily of managers and senior managers, of 775 respondents, a massive 89% identified EQ as “highly important” or “essential” to meeting their organization’s top challenges.
Most humans driven by old brittle Newtonian IQ world, from the age they start school, then seek to Escape their ‘pain’ through drink, drugs, work, exercise, sex, tv, computer games, porn et al. But until they learn to go inwards – to Inscape – they will never find the balance and happiness that has awaited them all their lives.
That shift from human-doing (IQ) to human-being (EQ) is achievable to everyone prepared to work to become their authentic self.
Participants will discuss:
Inscaping and the 4 Qs:
- PQ – Physical – To Live – Human-Living
- IQ – Intellectual – To Learn – Human-Doing
- EQ – Emotional – To Love – Human-Being
- SQ – Spiritual – To Leave a Legacy – Being Human
